Centurion’s London and Luxembourg offices focus on wealth management, utilising the services of its sister company Argyll and its offices in Hong Kong & Mauritius.
In today’s mobile world, the focus is on helping individuals and their families’ structure for both their succession and for overseas investment in a tax efficient manner, when they live or invest in multiple jurisdictions. The Group’s in depth experience includes structuring for investments in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, France, Belgium, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Singapore, South Africa, Vietnam, UK & USA.
Our modular approach to wealth management enables individuals or families to customise their wealth structuring by combining a range of products. Starting with a core structure, different modules can be subsequently added as circumstances change to create a very adaptable solution. For example we could start with a family company with multiple share classes for different family members, then add a standard mutual fund module for passive investments, a real estate ownership module for properties and a lending for the financing. Other modules that could be added include payroll services for some members, pension module or one of our many shared services modules.
